Danielle C. Mercurio specializes in probate/mental health law, including guardianship, conservatorship, special needs and supplemental needs trusts, revocable trusts, power of attorney, health care directives, and wills. Ms. Mercurio is also experienced as an Administrative Hearing Officer for the City of Minneapolis for the Department of Regulatory Services. Ms. Mercurio is currently offering her services as a collaborative attorney in appropriate cases. 

Ms. Mercurio was admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota in 2011, after graduating from William Mitchell College of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota-Morris, in Morris, Minnesota. She established her private law practice in 2014, after first serving as an associate attorney at the Bogut Law Office, P.A for two years.

Ms. Mercurio served in the United States Army from 2011-2020, ending her service as a Captain in the Judge Advocate General's Corps. She is the recipient of the Army Commendation Medal (2018) and the Meritorious Service Medal (2019).

Ms. Mercurio continues her professional association with the Hennepin County Bar Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association.
